Job summary

The Boyd Group in Kentucky (Franklin area) is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document communications with customers and insurance companies, and report on repairs to ensure alignment with KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the process, ensuring DRP compliance, and participating in team meetings and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend trainings and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
