Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams. A strong focus on DRP compliance and communication is essential.

Experience with the CCC1 Estimating System is required, along with a minimum of one year in a similar role, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRPs.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members and attend safety/ staff meetings as required.
