Qualifications

• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Requires physical ability and mental acuity to meet duties within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues across accounts with stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes with auction departments.
• Build relationships with clients and assess reconditioning needs to improve vehicle value.
• Explain auction processes and upsell Manheim/CAI products as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to Cox standards and client SLA guidelines.
• Maintain safety by following procedures and supporting Safety Excellence.
