Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 3 years’ related field experience or 5 years’ related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to meet physical and mental demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues for accounts with varying complexity in coordination with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries about vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for inventory movement and timely reconditioning.
• Estimate reconditioning needs, approve services, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits to manage costs and risk.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/CAI products as appropriate.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain professional client relationships while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate redemptions and ensure proper documentation while following PI I policies and delivering service.
• Adhere to Cox standards for reconditioning quality and safety.
• Understand NAAA guidelines for vehicle announcements and branding.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internal Cox platforms.
