Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' related field experience.
• Alternative: any degree/certification beyond HS is acceptable.
• Or 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Requires physical ability and mental acuity to meet business requirements.
• Preferred: Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex, broad scope accounts.
• Collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and support operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinates sale vehicle run processes and communicates with auction departments for inventory movement.
• Builds relationships with clients; examines vehicles in the sales lineup; completes reconditioning estimates and coordinates services.
• Proficient knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes to identify repairs.
• Educates and acts as liaison for clients on auction processes; upsells Cox products based on client needs.
• Maintains adherence to Cox standards and guidelines per client SLA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal platforms; follows safety procedures and participates in Safety Excellence.
