Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years' related experience or an equivalent combination
• Valid driver's license required
• 5 years' experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client issues across accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders
• Provide prompt, high-quality customer service regarding vehicle condition and discrepancies
• Ensure vehicles are set for sale and moved timely and safely
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes with other auction departments
• Prepare estimates for reconditioning to improve vehicle value and coordinate services
• Audit condition reports and imaging to minimize policy loss and expenses
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox products as appropriate
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards for reconditioning quality and accuracy
• Follow NAAA guidelines for vehicle announcements and use Microsoft Office tools effectively
• Demonstrate safety commitment and participate in safety activities
