Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues across accounts within the vehicle operations domain. You will collaborate with auction teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate vehicle condition data and coordinate reconditioning processes.

In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service, manage multiple tasks, and ensure adherence to client SLAs while following Cox standards and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience or 5 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with vehicle reconditioning or auto body knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues across accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning.
• Prepare estimates for reconditioning services to improve vehicle value and approve services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes to identify repairs.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/Manheim products when appropriate.
