Job summary

Cox Automotive in Hayward, CA seeks an Account Operations Specialist II to be the primary contact for resolving client issues, coordinating vehicle reconditioning, and maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with auction teams to ensure accurate inventory movement and timely service completion.

The role requires a high school diploma and several years of related experience, with opportunities to upsell Cox/CAI products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 5 years' related experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues for accounts from simple to complex.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries about vehicle condition/discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction teams.
• Maintain communication with other auction departments to move client inventory.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and quality.
• Educate clients on auction processes and suggest Cox/CAI products as appropriate.
