• Provide customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and ensure timely reconditioning service completion.
• Maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning approvals.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox products and services.
