Job summary
Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic VDC Director to lead the development and implementation of portfolio-wide VDC standards and execution strategies. You will drive multi-office collaboration, model coordination and digital turnover across projects while partnering with senior leadership on staffing, budgets and performance metrics.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive VDC experience in construction leadership.
- Governing VDC standards, execution plans, model coordination and quality processes.
- Proficient with BIM/VDC tools for model authoring, coordination, scheduling and digital delivery.
- bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define the SAT VDC operating model, standards and performance expectations.
- Establish portfolio-wide BIM/VDC execution frameworks and data requirements.
- Author and enforce BIM Execution Plans and data exchange protocols.
- Partner with leadership to forecast demand and allocate resources across projects.
- Lead multi-office collaboration, peer review and reuse of proven workflows.
- Oversee model coordination, 4D/5D planning and digital turnover across portfolios.
- Develop budgets, resources plans and monitor portfolio performance.
