Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic VDC Engineer to support digital delivery for Skanska Advanced Technology projects, including mission critical, data center, semiconductor and other high‑tech facilities. The role applies standardized VDC software and processes to model coordination, field planning, reality capture, quality verification and turnover.

The VDC Engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary site teams, trade partners and the National VDC organization to deliver consistent outputs,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a BIM or VDC-related role.
1+ year working in Autodesk packages (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Forma, etc.).
Reading and interpreting drawings, specs, and technical project information.

Responsibilities

Model coordination, field planning, reality capture, and turnover for VDC projects.
Collaborate with project teams, trade partners, and the National VDC organization to deliver consistent outputs.
Troubleshoot clashes and constructability issues; coach team members on BIM workflows.
