Job summary

Skanska USA seeks a Senior VDC Manager to lead digital construction delivery across Advanced Technology projects, focusing on data centers and high-tech facilities. You will translate portfolio standards into project execution and coordinate VDC work across offices and client accounts.

You will drive BIM execution planning, standardized workflows, and governance, while supporting exceptions required by contracts or project conditions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of VDC/BIM experience in construction, including leadership of complex projects or multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with BIM execution planning and model QA/QC; field implementation.
• Proficiency in model authoring, coordination, schedule integration and digital project delivery using listed BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC planning and delivery across Advanced Technology projects and multiple offices.
• Develop project VDC plans aligned with standards and define deliverables, milestones and escalation paths.
• Author and enforce BIM Execution Plans, modeling standards, LOD definitions and data exchange protocols.
• Coordinate shared VDC resources and forecast workload across projects; manage capacity risks.
