Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a VDC Engineer to support advanced technology projects, including data centers and semiconductor facilities. You will apply standard VDC software to model coordination, field planning, reality capture, and turnover, collaborating across offices and with partners.

The role requires 3+ years in BIM/VDC, asset tracking, and strong Autodesk BIM tools proficiency; a Bachelor’s degree (or 8 years of equivalent experience) is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BIM or VDC role.
• Experience with asset tracking processes.
• Proficient with Autodesk BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Apply standardized VDC software and processes for modeling and coordination.
• Coordinate with project teams, trade partners, and the National VDC organization.
• Translate model data into actionable information and coach BIM workflows.
