Job summary

Skanska USA seeks a VDC Director to define and lead enterprise digital construction delivery across complex building portfolios in the U.S. You will establish governance, data frameworks, and standards that enable model-driven planning, cost/schedule integration, and reliable project execution from preconstruction through turnover.

This role partners with operations and leadership to scale VDC technologies and improve safety, quality, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of VDC in construction.
• 10+ years of progressive VDC/BIM leadership across multiple projects or teams.
• 10+ years’ experience in BIM authoring with Revit and related tools.
• 10+ years’ Navisworks experience for coordination and 4D/5D analyses.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion enterprise VDC strategy and standards across portfolios.
• Oversee federated model development and clash prevention workflows to reduce rework.
• Integrate model data with schedule and cost for portfolio-level planning and decision-making.
• Lead enterprise initiatives to scale model-based estimating and prefabrication.
