Job summary

Universal Creative seeks a VDC Manager to lead the integration of VDC technologies for project delivery, coordinating design and construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results. You will serve as the technical expert for VDC processes, driving collaboration and accurate model-based workflows across stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in BIM/VDC, 3+ years in leadership, and strong experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, with a preference for theme

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in BIM/VDC or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in BIM/VDC leadership or managerial role.
• 3+ years in themed entertainment or large-scale, complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; licensure a plus; certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of VDC processes and standards across projects.
• Serve as primary technical expert on VDC standards for project teams.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to integrate VDC tools.
• Lead training initiatives for project teams on VDC tools and technologies.
• Identify and report risks related to design and construction using VDC tools; develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure VDC deliverables (models, drawings, simulations) meet universal standards and quality.
