Job summary

Skanska is seeking a VDC Manager to lead local VDC implementation, support pursuits and projects, and develop BIM guidelines. You will work under the guidance of the VDC Regional Director, reading drawings, coordinating with design and field teams, and driving 4D simulations.

The role requires 4+ years in VDC, strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and a degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with VDC in construction.
• Proficient in BIM authoring with Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP; other tools desirable.
• Highly proficient in Navisworks for coordination, clash prevention, 4D simulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead local VDC implementation efforts and support pursuits/projects.
• Develop and implement VDC guidelines and standards.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and building codes; manage VDC obligations.
