ADP, a global leader in Human Capital Management, invites you to join as a Major Accounts VAR District Manager to drive ERP/HCM initiatives with VAR partners across the US. You will identify opportunities, co‑sell with VARs, and build a strong brand in the VAR community, while leveraging ADP's extensive resources and career growth paths.

Use your 5+ years of quota‑carrying B2B sales experience to shape strategic plans, win new business, and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of quota carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management.
• Track record of over achieving quota and new business sales experience.
• Military experience supports teamwork, resilience and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; focus on new account acquisition.
• Develop and execute VAR firm business plans to define strategies for success.
• Build strong relationships with internal channels and partners to fit prospect needs.
• Work independently and with a team to drive HCM expansion.
• Understand ERP integrations and support first-year ramp for VAR District Managers.
