Job summary

ADP is seeking an experienced Major Accounts VAR District Manager to drive new business opportunities and co‑sell with VAR firms while promoting ADP’s ERP and HCM value. You will develop strategies, build executive relationships, and execute plans to win new ADP clients and expand HCM solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in quota‑bearing, outside B2B sales with a track record of over‑achieving quotas, plus strong communication skills for C‑suite presentations and a proven ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of quota carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills.
• Track record of over achieving quota and building new business with careful stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• New Business sales experience and a background in selling to executives is highly preferred.
• Military experience – skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building and a competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed an annual sales quota by selling to new accounts and existing ADP clients.
• Develop and execute VAR firm business plans to define strategies and tactics for success with Partner Advantage Reseller Program.
• Build strong relationships with internal channels, product and integration partners to optimize center-of-influence for prospect and VAR needs.
• Work independently as well as with a team to drive HCM expansion with new and existing clients and firms.
• Understand ERP integration concepts and ensure quotas reflect ramp-up for first-year VAR District Managers.
