ADP is seeking a Major Accounts VAR District Manager in the United States to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving strategic HCM initiatives with VAR partners. You will co-sell with VARs, build a personal brand in the VAR community, and grow ADP’s ERP/HCM value while benefiting from strong leadership and compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota carrying outside B2B sales with proven ability to sell and present.
• Track record of over-achieving quota and fast-paced, team environments.
• New business sales experience and ERP/HCM knowledge are a plus.
• Military experience valued for teamwork, resilience and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; sell to new accounts and ADP clients.
• Develop and execute VAR firm business plans to define strategies and tactics.
• Build strong relationships with internal channels, product and integration partners.
• Collaborate with VARs to co-sell and grow ADP's ERP/HCM value proposition.
• Work independently and with the team to drive HCM expansion.
