Job summary

ADP, a global leader in HCM solutions, is seeking a Major Accounts VAR District Manager to drive new business by leveraging strategic VAR partnerships. You will co-sell with VARs and grow ADP's ERP and HCM value proposition across national accounts in the United States.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of quota-bearing, outside B2B sales experience, strong presentation skills, and a track record of over-achieving quotas. Military experience is valued, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management.
• Military experience is a plus and can help build team and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; selling to new and existing ADP clients (focus on new accounts).
• Develop and execute VAR firm business plans to define strategies for success.
• Build relationships with internal channels, product, and integration partners to support sales processes.
• Work independently and with a team to drive HCM expansion.
