Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is hiring for a Major Accounts VAR District Manager who will drive HCM initiatives and co-sell with VAR partners. You will cultivate new business opportunities, expand ADP’s ERP/HCM value proposition, and manage relationships with VARs, consultants, and account managers.

A college degree is not strictly required if you bring strong sales capabilities. You’ll lead strategic plans, build your personal brand in the VAR community, and work with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years quota-bearing B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed quota.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• New business sales experience.
• Military experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; sell to new and existing ADP clients.
• Develop and execute VAR firm business plans leveraging the Partner Advantage Reseller Program.
• Collaborate with internal channels, product and integration partners to fit prospect and VAR needs.
• Drive HCM expansion with new and existing clients and firms.
• Understand ERP integrations to support successful deployments and ramp quotas for first year VAR District Managers.
