Job summary

ADP seeks a Major Accounts VAR District Manager to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving strategic HCM initiatives with VAR partners. You will co‑sell with VAR firms, build your brand in the VAR community, and leverage ADP’s ERP/HCM value proposition to win new accounts.

Responsibilities include hitting annual quotas, developing VAR business plans, and strengthening cross‑functional collaboration with product and integration teams while managing ERP integrations and ramping

Qualifications

5+ years of quota carrying outside B2B sales with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills.
Track record of over achieving quota and working in a fast-paced team environment.
New business sales experience; military experience helpful for client relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; focus on new account acquisition.
Develop and execute VAR firm business plans to define strategies for success.
Build strong relationships with internal channels, product and integration partners.
Work independently and with a team to drive HCM expansion for clients and firms.
Understand ERP integrations and ramp quotas for first-year VAR District Managers.
