Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Major Accounts VAR District Manager to drive HCM solutions revenue by building relationships with VAR firms and new accounts. You will co-sell with VARs, develop plans, and leverage ADP’s ERP/HCM value proposition to grow the business.

The role emphasizes quota achievement, new business development, and collaboration with internal teams. A college degree is beneficial but not required, with strong presentation and negotiation skills essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota carrying, outside B2B sales experience with proven selling and presentation skills.
• Track record of over achieving quota.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• New business sales experience; military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed an annual sales quota for new and existing ADP clients, focusing on new account acquisition.
• Develop and execute VAR firm business plans to define strategies for success.
• Collaborate with internal channels, product and integration partners to align with prospect needs.
• Work independently as well as with a team to expand HCM solutions across clients and firms.
• Understand ERP integrations and ramp quotas for first-year VAR District Managers.
