Job summary

ADP is hiring a Major Accounts VAR District Manager to drive HCM and ERP solutions with VAR partners in the U.S. This role focuses on new account acquisition and expanding ADP’s footprint through strategic collaborations with VARs.

You’ll build strong partner relationships, co-sell with VARs, and leverage ADP’s broad HCM solutions to win large, strategic opportunities. The position emphasizes quota achievement and career growth within a top workforce solutions leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience with proven prospecting and presentation skills.
• Track record of over-achieving quota and strong teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in ERP, consulting or finance helps build client relationships and solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve/exceed annual sales quota by acquiring new ADP clients.
• Develop VAR partner business plans and co-sell with partners to grow revenue.
• Build relationships with internal channels to align ERP/HCM solutions with client needs.
• Work independently and with a team to expand HCM solutions across accounts.
