Job summary

ADP in San Francisco is seeking a Major Accounts VAR District Manager to drive new business opportunities by co-selling with VAR firms and promoting ADP's ERP and HCM solutions to strategic clients.

You'll build strong relationships, develop effective business plans, and consistently meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with comprehensive compensation and benefits and clear advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota carrying, outside B2B sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills
• Track record of over achieving quota
• Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
• New Business sales experience
• Military experience – teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; selling to both new accounts as well as existing ADP clients
• Develop and execute VAR firm business plans to define strategies and tactics for success
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with internal channels, product, and integration partners
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to drive HCM expansion with new/existing clients and firms
• Minimum ramped quotas for first year VAR District Managers
