Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant to drive go-to-market for Agentforce process automation. You will own discovery, roadmapping, and high-stakes POC engagements that prove the value of autonomous business processes across back-office functions.

You will partner with Account Executives to lead deep discovery, identify transformation opportunities, and secure the win with a compelling business case.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
• Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
• Master of Discovery: ability to lead whiteboard sessions that challenge current state and build a vision for a future state.
• Technical fluency to configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools, with a business impact focus.
• Executive presence to communicate AI/automation concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals and pitch the autonomous business processes vision.
• Define and pitch a multi-year Value Roadmap for customers across operations.
• Influence executives through C-suite presentations and translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Lead and manage 4–5 week Proof of Concept engagements focused on business case validation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feedback on Regrello roadmap and field problems.
• Own revenue growth within Regrello/Apromore portfolio and drive deal velocity.
