Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Business Consultant for Agentforce Process Automation to drive go-to-market strategy and end-to-end value narratives for high-stakes engagements.

You will partner with Account Executives to uncover opportunities across back-office functions, orchestrate 4–5 week POC engagements, and articulate the business case for autonomous processes that improve working capital and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
• Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
• Master of Discovery: lead whiteboard sessions that challenge a customer's current state and build a future vision.
• Technical fluency: configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools focused on business problems.
• Executive presence to communicate AI and automation concepts to executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, cross-functional deal team.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles with MBO or KSO-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Value Selling: lead as the primary solution leader on complex deals.
• Value Architecting: define and pitch a multi-year value roadmap for customers.
• Executive Influence: present to C-suite and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.
• Solution Proof & Validation: manage 4–5 week POC engagements to prove the business case.
• Cross-Functional GTM Strategy: work with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Quota Ownership: drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team.
