Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant to drive go-to-market motions for Agentforce process automation (Regrello). You will own the end-to-end value narrative from discovery to POC engagements, partnering with Account Executives to identify high-value opportunities and secure deals.

You will lead whiteboard sessions, pitch multi-year value roadmaps, and influence executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
• Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
• Master of Discovery: lead whiteboard sessions that challenge a customer's current state and build a vision for a future state.
• Technical Fluency: configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools with business context.
• Executive Presence: communicate AI and automation concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Thrives in an agile, fast-scaling environment as a cross-functional deal SME.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles with incentive structures.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Value Selling: pitch autonomous business processes and define a multi-year value roadmap.
• Value Architecting: define and pitch a multi-year Value Roadmap for customers.
• Executive Influence: present to C-suite and translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Solution Proof & Validation: lead 4–5 week POC engagements to prove value and gain buy-in.
• Cross-Functional GTM Strategy: collaborate with Product and Engineering on Regrello roadmap alignment.
• Quota Ownership: drive revenue growth within the Regrello/Apromore portfolio.
