Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant to drive go-to-market for Agentforce process automation. You will own the end-to-end value narrative from discovery to high-stakes POC engagements, partnering with Account Executives to uncover high-value transformations across back-office functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, Business Value Consulting, or Technology Consulting.
• Deep industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Public Sector.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, financial services, or workflow automation platforms.
• Master of Discovery: lead whiteboard sessions to map current state to future state.
• Technical fluency to configure solutions (POCs) using no-code tools with business context.
• Executive presence to communicate AI/automation concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, cross-functional deal team environment.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles with incentive structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals and pitch autonomous business processes.
• Define and pitch a multi-year Value Roadmap for customers.
• Present to C-suite and translate Agentic capabilities into business outcomes.
• Lead 4–5 week POC engagements focused on proving the business case.
• Provide real-world feedback to align Regrello roadmap with field needs.
• Drive revenue growth as part of a commissionable team for Regrello/Apromore.
