Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to join the Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice. You will work on transactions spanning operational due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and post-acquisition value creation initiatives.

Your role requires 60% in-person client site or EY office work, with travel as needed. Strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven consulting background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Analytical, problem solving/modeling skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, restructuring, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational focused projects across the deal lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Support pursuit activities, including client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and nurture senior client relationships to drive value.
