EY-Parthenon in New York is seeking a Director to lead and execute operational value-creation initiatives within the Strategy and Execution practice. You will drive EBITDA upside, oversee carve-outs and integration, and steer 100-day planning and ongoing performance improvements across industrials and consumer sectors.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, client engagement, and delivering measurable value while traveling to client sites and EY offices as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience or graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills.
• Experience in operational due diligence, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience in value creation engagements in Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, and Retail.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Role is in-person at client site or EY office with minimum 60% time on engagement.

• Oversee operational due diligence, carve-out planning, and integration to realize synergies.
• Perform 100-day value creation planning and ongoing performance improvement; support exit readiness planning.
