Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice helps PE and corporate clients unlock value through revenue, cost, and working capital improvements. You’ll work on transactions from due diligence to post-acquisition value creation, shaping strategies and improving performance across functions.

You will travel to client sites, collaborate with senior leaders, and lead initiatives that realize measurable EBITDA uplift while growing your consulting expertise in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience in due diligence, restructurings, and/or carve-outs.
• Ability to lead and build relationships with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational-focused work across the transaction lifecycle.
• Support due diligence, integration planning, and value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior clients and EY teams to drive EBITDA uplift.
