Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice helps PE firms, their portfolio companies, and corporate clients realize better returns by unlocking value through revenue enhancement, cost and margin improvements, and working capital reductions. You’ll work on transactions spanning due diligence, post-acquisition planning, and ongoing performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, CS or analytics with relevant experience.
• Strategic and operations consulting experience, with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in due diligence, integration, and value creation activities.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Associate-Consultant, drive operational projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Perform operational due diligence focusing on EBITDA upside and risk.
• Plan buy-side carve-outs and post-merger integration to enable stand-alone value.
• Lead 100-day plans and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
• Support exit readiness planning to maximize buyer value.
