Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to join the Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice. This role focuses on operational improvements, EBITDA upside, due diligence, and post‑acquisition value creation across complex transactions.

You will work on advisory projects spanning purchase, integration, performance improvement and exit readiness, collaborating with lead clients and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills; ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, restructuring, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and ability to build relationships.
• Must reside in or commute to the office; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Support EBITDA upside, due diligence, carve-outs, and integration planning.
• Drive post‑acquisition 100 day and value creation planning.
• Support ongoing performance improvement and exit readiness planning.
• Collaborate with senior clients and cross-functional teams to deliver value.
