Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to lead operational improvements within the Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice. You will engage on transactions from due diligence through integration, targeting EBITDA uplift and value creation.

You will contribute across projects, collaborating with senior clients, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable insights that drive client value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, restructuring, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
• Experience leading and managing in complex environments.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• In-person work a minimum of 60% of the time at client site or EY office; able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Analyze EBITDA upside, operational risk and integration planning.
• Plan post-acquisition 100-day and value creation initiatives.
• Drive ongoing performance improvement and exit readiness planning.
• Support business integrations, divestitures and carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
