Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Senior Director to lead Strategy and Execution Value Creation engagements, collaborating with CEOs, Boards, PE firms and governments. You will drive EBITDA upside through operational improvements, due diligence, carve-outs and post-acquisition planning, leveraging EY’s AI tools and expansive services.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategic direction, and deliver sustainable value across Industrials, Business Services, Energy, and Retail

Qualifications

• Strategy and operations consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operationally focused projects across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Guide buy-side carve-outs, 100-day value creation, performance improvement, and exit readiness planning.
• Develop and maintain strong senior client relationships and lead business development efforts.
