Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Senior Associate-Consultant role focuses on delivering value through strategic and operational improvements in the Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice, collaborating across teams through the transaction lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, operational restructuring, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
• The expectation for this role is in person teaming, at client site or in an EY office, a minimum of 60% of the time or on average 3 days a week over the course of an engagement, project or performance year.
• You must reside in or be within commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational focused projects across transaction lifecycle, including due diligence and EBITDA upside.
• Manage buy-side carve-out and integration planning to ensure stand-alone viability and synergies.
• Execute 100-day value creation planning, ongoing performance improvement, and exit readiness planning.
