Aledade PBC, a remote‑first public benefit corporation, seeks an Account Manager to partner with independent primary care practices. You will drive value through relationship building, performance optimization, and actionable analytics, aligning clinical outcomes with financial goals.

You will collaborate with doctors and executives, travel monthly for on‑site visits, and coach staff on value‑based care processes while advancing organizational objectives.

Formación

• 5+ years of executive‑level communication experience, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated knowledge of value‑based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8+ years in practice/project/account management with healthcare analytics.
• Willingness to travel onsite 3–4 days a week in Shreveport, Louisiana as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Relationship management with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives.
• Own account relationships across financial, quality, and operational domains.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and communicate progress.
