Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner and primary liaison for medical practices in your portfolio. You will drive value-based care initiatives, analyze performance data, and coach staff to improve financial and clinical outcomes.

You will travel ~3–4 days weekly to Shreveport, working onsite to support physicians, providers and healthcare executives in achieving set performance targets and shared savings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with executive-level communication, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8 years of experience in practice management, project management, account management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers and healthcare executives.
• Own account relationship across financial performance, quality and operations.
• Train office staff on processes and technologies and communicate performance goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare executive-facing presentations and memos.
