Job summary

Aledade PBC, a public benefit corporation, seeks an Account Manager in Shreveport, LA to be the strategic partner for medical practices in your portfolio. You will analyze data, identify gaps, and guide doctors and executives toward Value-Based Care contracts that drive shared savings and better health outcomes.

The role requires on-site presence about 3–4 days per week with travel to Shreveport; you will manage relationships, oversee financial and quality performance, and use data to inform

Qualifications

• 5 years of executive-level communication experience.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8 years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, and healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers and executives to support performance metrics.
• Performance Management: own the account across financial, quality, clinical, and operational metrics; communicate performance against objectives.
• Workflow and Staff Coaching: train office staff and providers on Value Based Care processes and technologies; assess training needs.
• ACO Operations: coordinate with stakeholders to prepare executive-facing presentations and summaries.
• Additional Responsibilities: surface root causes of issues and adapt to evolving needs.
