Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner for medical practices, driving value-based care initiatives and shared savings opportunities. You will manage relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives, while coordinating performance analytics and contract goals.

This remote role requires travel to Northern California and Seattle areas roughly monthly, with on-site visits 2–3 days per account. West Coast-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive communication experience.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8 years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, and analytical healthcare skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage physician and healthcare executive relationships to drive financial and quality performance.
• Oversee financial performance, quality management, population health, and operational improvements; monitor using analytics tools.
• Coach office staff and physicians on processes and technologies aligned with Value Based Care curriculum; track contract goals and performance.
