Aledade PBC is seeking an Account Manager to partner with medical practices, driving value-based care outcomes and shared savings. You will analyze performance, coach staff, and manage relationships with physicians and healthcare executives while traveling monthly to Northern California and Seattle-area accounts.

Remote-friendly West Coast role requiring travel, with a focus on improving financial and quality performance across contracts and clinical operations.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with executives in written and verbal form.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types is required.
• Experience in practice management, project management, and analytics.
• Able to travel for on-site client visits ~1x per month for 2–3 days.

• Analyze practice performance and communicate progress to executives.
• Develop plans to achieve organizational objectives and contracts.
