Aledade PBC, a public benefit corporation, is seeking an Account Manager to support West Coast healthcare practices under Value-Based Care contracts. This remote role requires monthly in-person visits to Northern California and Seattle areas.

You’ll build trusted physician relationships, monitor performance data, and drive shared savings outcomes. You will coach staff on VBC processes, present outcomes to executives, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to advance contracts and program

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of executive-level communication experience.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8 years in practice management, project/account management, analytics, and strategic insight.

• Own account relationships covering financial performance, quality, and operations.
