Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking an Account Manager to serve healthcare practices in a hybrid role, spending 3-4 days weekly onsite in Shreveport, LA. You will coach and partner with doctors and executives to optimize Value-Based Care contracts and drive shared savings and better outcomes for communities.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, driving performance across clinical and financial metrics, and leading data-driven initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with executive level communication (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of value based care contracts across patient types.
• 6-8 years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving and healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers and healthcare system executives to support financial and quality performance.
• Own the account relationship across financial performance, quality management and operational outcomes.
• Analyze practice performance using data analytics and communicate progress against objectives.
• Develop project plans to meet organizational objectives and drive value-based care initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare executive-facing presentations and memos.
