Job summary

Aledade is seeking an Account Manager to partner with independent practices and health systems, driving value-based care adoption and financial/quality outcomes. You will coach staff, monitor performance with analytics, and communicate contracts and progress to executives.

You will travel ~1x per month for in-person visits to Northern California and Seattle areas, while supporting a remote West Coast-based team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of executive-level communication experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8 years in practice management, project/account management, and healthcare analytics.
• Ability to travel on-site ~1x per month for 2–3 days to CA/Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers and executives.
• Own financial, quality, clinical and population health performance across accounts.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance against key objectives.
• Create project plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Coach office staff and providers on processes and technologies.
• Present data-driven outcomes to executives; align contract goals and expectations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for executive-facing memos and reports.
• Surface root causes of issues and adapt to changing needs.
