Job summary

Aledade PBC, a public benefit corporation, is seeking an Account Manager to be the strategic partner for medical practices in your portfolio. You will dive into data, identify performance gaps, and work with doctors and healthcare executives to master Value-Based Care contracts.

This remote role on the West Coast requires monthly in-person visits 2–3 days, with travel to Northern California and Seattle; you will drive shared savings and improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of executive-level communication experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of value based care contracts across patient types.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic insight using healthcare analytics.
• Ability to travel for on-site partner visits, anticipated 1x per month for 2–3 days across Northern California and Seattle, WA (subject to practice needs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to support and enhance financial and quality performance across metrics.
• Own the account relationship across financial performance, quality management, clinical management, population health, care management training, HEDIS and STARs performance, and operational enhancements.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor practice performance and communicate against key objectives.
• Develop project plans to ensure key organizational objectives are achieved.
• Provide staff training on processes and technologies and communicate outcomes-oriented performance summaries.
