Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of valuation or related financial advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fair value measurement principles and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ASC 820 and related valuation guidance is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage valuation engagements from planning through completion with high‑quality deliverables.
• Perform financial statement analysis, valuation analyses, and prepare valuation reports.
• Conduct management interviews and site visits to understand clients’ businesses and value drivers.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to team members and support business development.
