Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or economics required.
• MBA or Master’s in Business Valuations preferred; CPA, CFA or ASA designation required.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience; leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Grows and manages the group's Valuation Consulting practice, through developing an area of expertise
• Manages/performs consulting engagements as required
• Assists with proposals and business development, including the development of marketing materials and web-based marketing initiatives
• Collaborates with other offices and industry groups to manage and develop consulting practices
• Attends valuations industry trade shows and conferences and participates in firm-wide marketing and sales programs
• Assists in the development of training programs for existing clients and prospects
• Participates as a presenter of topics Valuation seminars and webinars
• Writes and/or co-authors articles for publications Valuation periodicals
• Develops and participates in public speaking opportunities at industry trade shows and conferences
• Leverages technical knowledge and experience to provide effective project management and practice development

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or economics

MBA or Master’s in Business Valuations preferred

CPA, CFA or ASA designation required
