Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years valuation or related financial advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fair value measurement and U.S. GAAP (ASC 820).
• Experience with purchase price allocations, business enterprise valuations, intangible assets, impairment testing.
• CFA/ASA/CVA/ABV designation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple valuation engagements from planning through completion.
• Perform financial statement analyses and valuation analyses.
• Conduct management interviews and site visits to understand client business.
• Apply valuation methodologies and industry benchmarks to identify insights.
• Define scope, manage resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure engagements comply with professional standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for team members.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and client value.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
• Build strong client relationships and cross-office collaboration.
