Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years valuation or related financial advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fair value under U.S. GAAP including ASC 820.
• Experience with PPA, enterprise valuations, intangible assets, impairment testing.
• Knowledge of income, market, and cost valuation approaches.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting analysis.
• CFA/ASA/CVA/ABV designation preferred.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced Excel; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple valuation engagements from planning through completion.
• Perform and review financial statement analyses and valuation reports.
• Conduct interviews and site visits to understand client businesses.
• Apply valuation methodologies and industry benchmarks to insights.
• Define engagement scope, manage resources and timelines, meet budgets.
• Ensure compliance with standards and firm requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and marketing.
• Build strong client relationships through networking and events.
